The main door on the ground floor opens upon to plush interiors that host: A Contemporary styled air-conditioned living room Dining area A fully equipped kitchen with microwave,2 fridges 1 common bathroom 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 have attached bathrooms) An atrium area to for a good read or game of carrom or take the zoom call, 3 steps down from here we have our 4th air conditioned bedroom with attached bathroom that has a low double bed. and suitable for double occupancy only A flight of 20 steps upwards showcases : 5th air-conditioned bedroom with attached bathroom. 1,000 sq ft roof top terrace that over looks the garden and is perfect to experience a siesta under the skies. *The exterior space*: The patio to enjoy a good game of snooker Lush green lawn which hosts our pergola to sit out and enjoy the unfiltered view of the sky. Our swimming pool is equipped with in-built jacuzzi jets in the baby pool. Our Open kitchen encourages you explore the master chef within and cook for your special ones. 7 cars can be parked within the car park space provided inside. We provide freshly cooked Veg / Jain and Non-veg meals at the villa at an additional cost. Guest can access the entire villa except the Kitchen. Hosts may or may not be there at the time of check in but will always be available on calls or messages. The neighborhood is as quiet and tranquil as the stay in the villa. Though The villa stands at the main junction of Tungarli -the heart of lonavala, there is no disturbance to our guests. •Breakfast is not included the rates displayed,an additional charge is applicable for same.All meals are available at an additional cost which we can let you know upon booking the villa. •Lonavala / Khandala experience load shedding every Thursday, between 9am-6pm.The property is equipped with a fully charged inverter & incase of power cuts the inverter runs 3-5 hours. However inverter does not support air condition /wifi and geysers. •All are electronic gadgets/ equipments are serviced from time to time, incase of any sudden technical failure the management will not be held responsible and will do everything in their capacity to fix it. •No trespassing in other villas except the one offered during your stay with The Rentalgram. Incase of any complaints of trespassing/noise complaints, The Rentalgram is not responsible for any consequences. •Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. •Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. •In lieu of heavy monsoon the property is prone to seepage and dampness which is beyond our control.Garden area could be subject to some wear & tear as well •Caretakers live in the same premises in their separate quarters. •The 4th room with the attached bathroom is apt for double occupancy only and has a low bed. •The villa is wheel chair friendly
