Walking distance to CBD and hospitals.

My home is located in a very quiet location, less than 2 km to CBD and walking distance to both hospitals. We are also close to walking tracks by the river and less than 5 minutes drive to supermarket and basketball stadium. Breakfast is supplied with all new appliances and decor. We have a dog named Tess in the backyard.She sometimes likes to look at you through the window when she hears someone. WiFi is available Very open and spacious accomodation including new furnishings with your own new bathroom,toilet and bedroom, that can be all closed off seperate from other living area. The entire house has ducted heating (which will be off when I'm not home) however guests have sole use of a split system for your own comfort in the bedroom. Guests can access the outdoor sitting area. I am happy to interact but appreciate guests need their privacy. I am more than happy to help out with anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Ideally located less than 1km from GV Health Hospital, and 2km walk to cafes and CBD. In a very quiet location with parking on property. Public transport at the end of street. Public transport is available at the end of the street, with town buses leaving on a regular time table.
