Large open plan living space and kitchen on 1st floor, 3 double bedrooms on ground + 1 double bedroom plus ensuite on 2nd. Stunning landscapes, walks, skiing (1hr) & varied amenities of the Lot valley. Rodez Airport (20 mins) & Toulouse (2 hrs) There is a large living space on first floor with steps up to salon from kitchen. Views of the valley from living room and kitchen. One double bedroom upstairs with mezzanine over salon. Three double bedrooms on the ground floor. Suitable for families. The house was an old farm cottage and barn which has been converted into one house. Much of the original detail has been kept. The interior living areas of the house are mainly exposed stone walls and wood. Access to whole house and garden The host can be contacted at any time during your stay to address any queries. There is help at hand at short notice if any problems arise with the accommodation. A self-check in is arranged on the day of arrival. The house is situated in a quiet hamlet, 1km from the nearest village and is roughly three hundred years old. It is open plan and ideal for friends or family time together. The area is known for its distinctive red stone buildings and lauze roofs. The lot river is 10km drive with fishing and water sports. There are local events throughout the year from cycling competitions to fêtes. There is a very good busy local market every Sunday at Marcillac. You will need your own car to get around. The house is approximately 25 mins drive from the airport. The closest swimming pool is 5 mins drive away in St Cyprien sur Dourdou. The house is 10 mins from the pilgrim route (Chemin de Compostelle GR 65) and the pilgrimage and world heritage site of Conques. Lots of water sports on Lot river close by. Since COVID, we are advising guests to bring their own sheets, quilt covers and towels.
