ROSE COTTAGE is a 3 bed cottage (sleeps 5) situated less than 5 mins walk from Freshwater Bay. Close by also is Tennyson Down with its stunning cliff top walks to The Needles. The cottage has a very large garden to the rear and an enclosed garden plus off street parking. Within short walking distance are Dimbola Tea Room, The Piano Cafe, Farringford House, and Orchards, a great little corner shop run by the same family since 1885. Downstairs: Kitchen, Loo, Dining Room, Lounge, Snug / Study Upstairs: King, Double, Single Bedrooms and Family Bathroom There is plenty of space in both the king & double bedrooms for the travel cot if you have baby / toddler. The garden is fully enclosed Front and Back, and there are swings and a small trampoline in the rear garden. Off street parking for 2 cars. Rose Cottage is on The Square and is 0.3 mile from the beach and very close to Dimbola Tea Room. Check in is a Friday during high season, min length of stay depends on time of year (between 5 to 7 nights). During other times of the year check in can be on any day and min stay is 3 nights.
