This was a private cottage and it's completely renovated. The house is located in Scala Maries the second turning from the Church of St. John(ΙΕΡΟΣ ΝΑΟΣ ΑΓΙΟΥ ΙΩΑΝΝΗ ΣΚΑΛΑΣ ΜΑΡΙΩΝ ΘΑΣΟΥ). The road to the house from the main road is cobblestone, but it is very short journey you will see it worthwhile to cross it because the view from the balcony is beautiful. The cottage is on secluded place so its private and peaceful. The nearest beach is 7 minutes walk away from home or by car 3-4 minutes . 7 minutes walk from the house are markets, pharmacy, taverns .Skala Maries has three beaches: Platana, a beach in the village and Atspa. The village is famous for its fresh fish! The Prinos harbor is 15 km away and the main port of Limenas is 30 km, Limenaria is 8 km from the Skala Maries. You can contact me on the phone.
