Studio with garden near the sea

The studio is situated in a private house. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. The studio is composed of a bedroom place with a kitchen (situated in the same room) and a very small bathroom. There are two real beds, an additional bed can be arranged on request (only for children). We offer free parking on premise. Free Wireless Internet, air-conditioning, approximately 2km from the sea. The house is situated on the top of the hill Markovec. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2 Eur per person/day) to be payed. You will be able to enjoy your time on the garden, with a nice view on the sea. We can communicate with you in English, Italian. We are at your disposal for information and advice about must-see places and freetime activities (sports, culture, other activities, etc.). A very quiet neighborhood is just 35 minutes of walk away from the city centre and 2km from the beach. The post office, a supermarket and a kiosk are just 15 minutes of walk away from the studio in a small village Markovec. There is a bus stop 100m from the studio. The best thing about this studio is that it is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood and it has a very nice garden. Please keep in mind that the house is situated on the top of the hill Markovec.
