Please give these informations to Airbnb before you check in here! :) 저희집은 에어비앤비 프로필에 얼굴사진과 정부인증신분증을 인증하신분만 예약을 받고 있습니다~ 그리고 대신 예약은 받지 않아요. 저도 서로 안전하게 믿고 함께 지낼 수 있도록 만든 규칙이니 지켜주시기 바랄게요~! :) This house is a three bedrooms shared house in front of Seoul forest park! I live here and the other two rooms are for guests. It’s old but clean, safe and only for women~! I decorated this place all by myself and prepare almost everything for your comfort stay including a single bed, make up table, chair, garment rack, hangers, blanket and pillow except an air conditioner in your room. But you can use a big fan in your room and AC is in the living room. During the summer, I turn on the AC almost all day for my dogs even when I’m out, but if you feel hot easily in summer, please consider about it. Total three girls in a three bedrooms with one bathroom stay at a same time. So if you don’t want shared places, please look another hosting. You have your own room not the whole house~! ^__^ 현재 나와있는 주소에서 서울숲 쪽으로 이사를 하여 주소가 다릅니다. 서울시 성동구 서울숲2길 13-13 예전 살던 집의 욕실이 겨울에 추웠지만 현재 호스팅하는 쉐어하우스는 새로운 집이라 욕실이 전혀 춥지 않으며 컨디션이 괜찮습니다. 방이 세개이며 화장실은 하나입니다. 한방은 제가 사용하고 다른 방은 장기여성룸메이트가 살고 있고 남은 하나의 방을 에어비앤비 게스트분이 사용하시게 됩니다. 사용하시는데 더욱 조용하거나 공용공간 쉐어가 불편하신 분들께서는 이 점을 고려하시고 예약하셨으면 합니다. 서울숲공원과 일분 거리이며 카페거리 안에 있지만 주거 골목안에 있어 집안은 조용합니다. 사용하실 방에는 싱글침대와 화장대, 행거, 옷걸이, 클렌징제품이 구비되어 있으며 욕실용품, 드리이기, 수건, 부엌용품등 전부 제공되며 세탁물 빨래도 제가 해드리고 있습니다. 방안에는 에어컨은 없지만 큰 창과 선풍기가 있으며 거실에 에어컨 공용으로 사용가능합니다. 밤늦게 체크인을 하시거나 무거운 짐이 있으신분은 스케줄이 빌때 제가 픽업도 나가드리니 미리 말씀해주세요~*^___^ -You have your own private room with a big window, single bed, make up table, mirror, garment rack, hangers, blanket and pillow - A shared kitchen with a dining table, stove, microwave and all kind of cooking supplies. -A shared bathroom with shampoo, body wash, cleansing products, towels, etc. -A shared sunny big living room with a couch, TV , weight training equipments and laundry machine. ( I usually do laundry for guests ) -A shared rooftop with camping chairs and amazing view! I can recommend good restaurants or pretty cafes in my neighborhood Seonsu which is a very popular place in Seoul and I can be your tour guide if you need for weekends. :) Check in time is flexible ( I prefer after2pm ) and you can reach me anytime by text, so if you want to check in early, please let me know~! 성수동에 맛집이나 카페를 추천해드리거나 주말일 경우 잠시 시간을 내어 같이 돌아다니며 소개해드릴 수 있고 서울투어가이드가 필요하시다면 요청해주셔도 됩니다~( 뉴욕에 오년 살면서 지인들이 방문할때마다 투어가이드를 해주곤 했거든요^^) 체크인은 체크아웃은 조정가능하니 문의해주시면 됩니다. 일찍 오실 경우 따로 들어오시는 방법을 안내드리겠습니다. 집은 뚝섬역 8번출구와 걸어서 5분거리입니다! My place is located at the center of the cafe street in Seongsudong and it is in front of Seoul forest park. Seongsu is very popular for young people. Because there are a lot of pretty cafes and restaurants here incluing Blue bottle ~! I can recommend some place and guide you my neighborhod if you want ~! ^__^ If you are a foodie, you would love here! 저희집은 뚝섬역에 서울숲 바로 앞에 위치하고 있습니다. 카페거리 중심에 있으며 집 뒤로 성수대교만 건너면 신사동 가로수길과 압구정이 나옵니다. 강남까지 지하철로 30분 이내이며 동대문역사문화공원역( 동대문쇼핑몰 밀집지역) 과는 10분정도입니다. 저희 집 근처에 세계적으로 유명한 블루보틀 카페까지 문을 열었습니다. 카페와 맛집을 좋아하신다면 정말 이 동네 사랑하시게 될거예요~! ^___^ *Only take 5mins to subway station and Seoul forest park. There are two subway stations which are Ttuksum (Line2 green) and Seoulsup(Line bundang yellow) . *Takes 10mins to Apgujeong and Chengdam. ( by subway or Taxi ) *Takes 9mins to Dongdaemun History & Culture park. *Takes 30mins to Gangnam or Hondae station by subway from my place. *서울숲과 걸어서 5분거리 *2호선 뚝섬역, 신분당선 서울숲역과 걸어서 5분거리 *압구정, 청담까지 10분 (지하철 또는 택시) *동대문역사문화공원역 9분(지하철) *강남역, 홍대입구역 ( 지하철 30분이내) I have two small and old dogs ( Malteses) They bark for a while when my friends or people enter my house, I hope you don’t mind~! And my dogs usually stay in my room, but they share the living room with you. So I hope you like dogs too! They just love people so much and wanna say hello to you~ Please, understand them. 저는 11살 13살 두마리 말티즈할머니들과 살고 있습니다^^ 저희 강아지들은 제 방에서 먹고 자고 다하지만 방에만 가둬 둘 수가 없다보니 거실에는 돌아다니게 제 방문을 열어두고 있어요 . 둘다 사람을 너무 좋아하고 제 친구들이 오거나 손님이 오면 처음에 잠시 짖습니다. 서로 먼저 주목받고 싶어하거든요.. ^^;; 들어오셔서 구지 인사안하시고 바로 사용하실 방으로 들어가시면 됩니다~^^ 그러니 강아지를 싫어하시거나 소음에 너무 예민하신 분께서는 신중하게 생각해보시고 예약요청해주시기 바랄게요~ 이해해주시면 좋겠으며 만약 강아지를 무척 좋아하신다면 더할 나위없이 좋겠지요~^___^ 그리고 한가지 더 말씀드리자면 제 가족이나 다름없는 강아지들은 특별히 대형견처럼 냄새가 많이 나거나 하지 않지만 강아지를 싫어하시거나 알러지가 있으시거나 하시면 예약하지 않으셨으면 합니다~ 저 역시도 냄새에 민감해서 관리를 하기에 삼년동안 에어비앤비를 하며 만난 게스트 분들중 그 점으로 불만을 말씀하신 적이 없지만 얼마전 매우 예민하신 분 한분이 계셨기에 혹시나 하는 마음에 자세히 글을 올려드립니다. 강아지 좋아하시는분들 예약 부탁드립니다. 양해부탁드립니다~^__^
