This property is a shared living space and is managed by my daughter, Taylor. Taylor is available when needed but aims to provide guests with ample space and privacy. Public transport (buses) within 2 minutes walk. Three shopping centres nearby. Parklands, sports fields/arenas, Bulimba Creek bike and walking trail within 1 klm. Murrarie Train station approx 25 minutes walk 10 mins bike ride. 10 klms of bike and walking trails through parklands bypassing all roads on doorstep. Very nice. The townhouse has two private rooms available for rent and would be perfect for a couple or group of 3. The main bedroom includes an ensuite. Any guest occupying the second bedroom will have access to the main, shared bathroom. There is a also separate toilet off the lounge. Guests can use all facilities including kitchen, dining, laundry, garage (small) and garden. The ground floor is fully tiled with a staircase leading to the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have been newly renovated and are very modern.
