A totally renovated 2 rooms of 60 m2 private apartment with all modern conviniences & a vast heigh ceiling living room, in a historical building located in a nice, safe, animated & quiet neighborhood, just few steps to Old Town Square in the heart of Prague. The apartment is situated in an old property that was built in 1900 and that belongs to the historical legacy of Prague. As such, restoration works were done with help of Czech government funds. A 2 rooms well appointed entirely renovated apartment of 60 m² in a historical building, including : - a charming bedroom with 2 beds singles or kingsize (180 cm long), warm duvets, night tables, bedside lamps & a wardrobe. Inside the wardrobe, hangers, blankets & an iron ; on the side, an ironing board & a laundry rack. A baby cot (1 month - 4 years old) is provided for a family with one baby. 1 heater provides confortable heat for the entire room. In the corridor, a 2nd wardrobe with hangers and a big umbrella. - a beautiful vast bright living room with an american bar, a TV TNT, a big design coffee table, a giant couch (that turns into confortable bed for 2 people), with a design lamp, large windows, high ceilings & a library. Wifi performance : ping : 14 ms ; download speed : 21,91 Mbps ; upload speed : 4,83 Mbps. We provide 2 extra matresses with sheets and duvets for a 5th & a 6th guest. - a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge - freezer, crockery and cutlery, drawers & cupboards, an electric kettle, a work surface, baking trays, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a wash disher. We provide a high chair for one baby. 2 heaters provide confortable heat for the entire room. - a newly installed bathroom with a large bathtub, a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and bath towels. 1 hand towel heater provides confortable heat for the all room. In hot summer, the apartment remains cool thanks to the high ceilings. Next to the apartment : Namesti Republiky square ; 5 min by foot from home. - Restaurant " Katr " : from the building, walk out to the right few meters, you will find this fashionable place to eat czech & international food. Our guests recommand it ! - 3 bakeries in your street ! From the buiding, walk out to the right in the direction of Old Town Square : -> Bakeshop : international bakery with tea salon. -> Au gourmand : french bakery with tea salon -> Jizerské pekárny : czech bakery. - "Kozicka" : trendy pub underground. Walk out to right from the building til you find the second square. - Restaurant "Lokal " -> beer is great, food is ok, typical czech pub, very crowded & loud (few steps rom home) - Old Town Square : from the building, walk out to the right and go straight away all along for 3 min. One of the most beautiful square in the world. - Old jewish cemetery & spanish synagogue : ( 3 min by foot from home). Impressive and unique sites. - Roxy : huge discotheque with great dj's & music live. 5 min by foot from home.
