Handcrafted log interior, with updated kitchen and an open concept. This truly is a rare find. Guests have access to the entire home, and the entire home all to themselves. I am available to answer any questions about the home or the area. I always give guests privacy, but I also enjoy meeting, if the opportunity is available. The home is set on 40 beautiful acres, about 1/2 mile from the county road. There are several large parcels of land that surround this parcel and you will feel totally and completely isolated. Aspen Meadow is in the heart of the Pike's Peak region with so many activities within an hour or less from the cabin. Our favorites are visiting Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, white water rafting, the Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek, the Wolf and Wildlife Rescue Center, Florissant Fossil Beds Natl Monument and Mueller State Park. So much to see and do. The owners house is on the same property, but it is not in view of the cabin. You will need a car. The county road is 1/2 mile from the cabin, 2 miles to Divide and Woodland Park 6.5 miles. 4 wheel drive, or an all wheel drive vehicle is possibly needed in the winter and especially Spring months. We receive the majority of our snow in March, April and sometimes May. The driveway, county road and highways are plowed to best of everyone’s ability when it snows but there may be some residual snow.
