The house has a very light and airy feel. We are the end house on our road with no through traffic so stays nice and quiet. Only a 15/20 minute walk into town, beach, canal, as well as the local restaurants and pubs. Free parking on the driveway, as well as there is free parking on the road. The house is ideal for families. The rear garden is a safe and spacious area for children to play in. Fun things for children in the garden include: trampoline, slide, large wooden wendy house and other toys. For the adults there are table and chairs along with two BBQ's (charcoal & gas). The ground floor is a open planned living room & kitchen area with table and chairs to seat 4. Leading out through the double patio doors to the large garden. Including a downstairs toilet near the front door entrance. Upstairs has a master bedroom with a large built in wardrobe and a en-suite. As well as two single bedrooms and a main bathroom. The house offers a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, airer and a large washing line outside. The property is a semi detached house. Main front door. I will be there to greet you on arrival. Through peak season (7th July- !5th September) I will only be taking at least 1 week bookings with a Saturday change over. So please only book on Saturdays.
