Small house with private park and yard

Secluded house, great for family holidays. It has private parking for the car and 24h surveillance system. Hypermarkets are less than 500m away. The house is located 7 km from the center of the village of Sintra, 19 km from Ericeira, 30 km from the center of Lisbon, 20 km from Cascais and 10 km from the beaches. The Municipality of Sintra has a tourist tax. The fee is € 1 per guest / per night, up to a maximum of 3 nights. Guests under the age of 13 are exempt. Cozy house situated in a very quiet and rural area but close to several points of interest. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom and kitchen. It has patio where you can leave the car inside the property and outdoor recreation areas. The house has a TV with Android TV box to be able to watch videos on YouTube and supports voice search and Chromecast. Also has a Netflix account to watch movies and series. Everything you need at the information level you just need to just ask. We are available on weekends to make tours with our guests. The house is very quiet because it is isolated. It has space all around and it does not have any neighbor. Area with lots of green area and several rails to cycle. Sintra is a historic village full of monuments and natural parks to visit. The bus stop is 500 meters from the house where you can catch direct transport to Ericeira, Praia de Magoito and Sintra. In Sintra you have Buses to Cascais, Estoril, Colares, Praia Grande and other destinations and also Train to Lisbon. You can also leave from Sintra in a Tourist Tram that passes through Colares, Praia Grande and Praia das Maçãs.
