The house is directly opposite the netted baths, viewing platform and ramp to the beach. Salt Air is a sunny, spacious one bedroom house set 20 metres behind the main house with access for parking one car right at your front door. Sit outside at the private entertaining area and enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes as you plan your time in Kurnell. Salt Air is a single level airconditioned home with one bedroom, one sofa bed and can cater for four people. With almost all brand new furniture and furnishings this immaculate home will impress. The house is located behind the main house but far enough away for you to maintain your privacy. Salt Air provides a fully functioning kitchen with coffee machine, all linen, built in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with laundry facilities, books, games and free wifi. The covered outdoor entertainment area has a six seater dining table, a wooden chest containing chairs, esky and toys for the beach and is set privately away from the main house. Level access is via a key box at the front door. We live in the front house where you can contact us if there is an emergency or you have any questions. Kurnell is located on a peninsula with views of Botany Bay and the Sydney skyline. You can swim, fish, scuba dive, windsurf, kitesurf and snorkel opposite your front door. Enjoy a beverage on the deck across from Salt Air and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Visit Captain Cook's landing place. (An easy level walk along the waterfront to the obelisk). Have a picnic on the waterfront or visit Kamay National Park and enjoy a bbq overlooking the water. Go bushwalking in Kamay National Park which is located 700m from Salt Air Go whale watching during the migration season where Kurnell is regarded as one of the best spots to see whales. Play tennis. Go 4WD at Boat Harbour. Visit one of the newest skate parks at Greenhills Skate Park. Go for coffee, pizza or drinks at one of the many eateries within walking distance of Salt Air. The Cronulla Sharks NRL team's home ground and Leagues Club is an easy 6 minutes drive away. Access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom. The bus stop is located 40 metres from the house.
