Relaxing Holiday near a pine wood!

If what you are looking for is a quiet place to escape from the hectic city life and to find the peace of your senses sorrounded the beauty of nature, this house is right for you: you will experience a holiday of pure relax and fun in nature! The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recent building (2007) in Primolo, part of the Chiesa in Valmalenco village. It can be reached directly from the street without going up stairs, however the building is served by a lift from the -2 floor. The flat consists of a large living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony and a large terrace with a panoramic view. It is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 40 "LED TV, stereo system, videogames console. It has central heating but there is also a wood stove for a warm atmosphere in winter. The beds are 6 (a double bed, a single bed with another trundle bed, a double sofa bed in the living room; if necessary (on request) it is possible to add a cot. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are at your disposal. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. During their stay I won’t be present but they could contact me for any need. Primolo is so named because it is the first village in the valley to be illuminated by the sun in the morning. The apartment is located under the church of Primolo, adjacent to a staircase that leads directly into the town center where a 2-minute walk away you will find the "Da Pedro" bar, an hotel that also offers restaurant service and a grocery store where you will find all the basic necessities. At 5 minutes you will find the "Chalet" bar in the suggestive context of the pine forest. In the holiday seasons, thevillage is connected to Chiesa in Valmalenco by a bus; tickets can be purchased in the Primolo bar "da Pedro". A car is recommended, but given the strategic location of the house, you can easily do without it. Primolo is located 15 minutes from the ski resorts of Chiesa in Valmalenco and is the starting point for numerous excursions of low, medium and high difficulty. Dogs and other animals are welcome in our house!
