All guests have use of our pool, please enquire about dates, if we can we will ensure pool is private for your own use ,there are hammocks,sunloungers parking, 5 kms from the N10, The house is a fully restored barn retaining a lot of old world charm,all mod cons,set in beautiful countryside. We are close to Vallee de singes, Futurescope, etc Please note on occasion there are trains passing, do not let this deter you from booking this stunning property, the trains do not run through the night. The house is in a lovely rural setting, lots of space indoors and out The guests have full use of all the house/BBQ use of the pool, and surrounding field and orchard, they are welcome to use all outdoor/indoor games and sun-loungers and hammocks We also have a well stocked library of books, wildlife books and binoculars are also available We live on site and are available most of the day Guests can arrive from 15h00 and departure is no later than 11h00 This is a beautifull location that teams with wildlife. The town of Sauze Vaussais is only 1.5km away, and can be easily walked to.The area is very flat so very good for cyclists, we are only 5km from the N10, so we have a lot of guests who use us en-route to Spain etc There is car rental available only 1 km away at the Super U Supermarket, the cars are very reasonably priced The house is strictly non-smoking No parties No pets allowed Max of 8 includes all children and babies
