Completely renovated apartment with big roof terrace with a breathtaking panorama view, located in the heart of the medieval village Cori, only 30 km from a sandy beach and 50 km from Rome, reached by train in only 30 min. The house sleeps 4 people. The 80 m2 apartment is beautifully furnished in modern Italian interior design and includes a big kitchen/living room with fire place and balcony, two bed rooms, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a 40 m2 roof terrace, partly covered by a pavilion. The apartment is well-equipped with cookware, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with DVD player and free wireless WiFi. Sheets, blankets (goose down), and towels are provided. Cori was built before Rome and the old part of Cori is home to medieval churches and frescoes, cyclopean walls, and the ancient Temple of Hercules built by Kaiser Sulla year 107 b.c., not far from the apartment. The apartment is only about 100 m from the Piazza Signina square in the center of the old, high part of the town where many bars and restaurants can be found. Cori is perfectly situated only a 30 min drive from beautiful sandy kids-friendly beaches, and only 50 km from Rome reached by train for the nearly Cisterna di Latina in only 30 min. In the region around Cori there are various points of interest, including the gardens of Ninfa, the castle in Sermoneta, … etc. On the way to the beach there is the “Miami” waterpark and just half an hour drive from Cori there is the Rainbow Magicland amusement park in Valmontone just next to the famous Fashion District outlet. 9 km away you find the train to Rome or Napoli Cori is a picturesque medieval village situated on the mountainside and surrounded by wine and olive vineyards.
