It is filled with old historical buildings, museums, parks for recreation and relaxation and of course restaurants and bars. Maribor is one of the safest cities in the world, so make sure to check out local night life at bars along the river Drava. You will be able to use the entire apartment and a shared balcony. Andrej will be your hosts and will take care of all the communication and welcome you at arrival. We will provide you with all the necessary information you will need for enjoyable stay in Maribor. Apartment is located in a quiet part of Maribor, just out of the busy strict center. A 10 min walk will get you to the main square. Just 200 m away you can get to river Drava with a beautifull walking and cycling path (that is also part of the popular DRava bike path). We suggest that you discover the attractions of Maribor on foot or by bike. Your car can rest on a secure and covered parking in front of the apartment. Maribor and its surroundings offer a wide range of outdoor activities. Get some fresh air while hiking on the Maribor Pohorje, well known for its beautiful nature. Meditate at the Black lake and take a sip from the fresh mountain springs. You can also use the “gondola” to get up the hill and just relax in the sun while enjoying a meal or a refreshing drink. Mount your bike and use the Pohorje “gondola”. Enjoy the adrenaline mountain biking downhill whilst the gentle breeze sweeps through your hair. Take a SUP and try your favorite yoga pose on the river Drava or alternatively use a kayak and paddle down the river.
