Private BR in charming Villa, NETFLIX, near Zurich

A guestroom with double bed in a charming Villa, 5 min walk from the railstation Lenzburg. great connections to bigger cities (especially Zurich): by train: Zurich: 20min two times an hour, Fri/Sat there are connections all night Zürich Airport: 45min Bern: 50min Basel: 40min Luzern: 50min You will have a cosy room in our apartment in a old charming villa. From here, you see the beautiful castle of Lenzburg and if you want to go other cities, the station is not even 5min walk from here where you have great connection to Zurich, Basel, Bern, and Lucerne. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen For the kitchen: You can use our kitchen if you want to cook something. Just please clean everything you used and put it back where it was. And for the bathroom/toilet: please leave it with you would like it to find it too:) If you want to do the laundry, you can do this for a little charge of 5 CHF for washing and drying I do have a home office but i am also a lot on the road. So if you have any questions, I will be around or I can help you via Phone or Airbnb. On the ground floor there is a shared apartment, so if you meet in the entry one of them - just say hi:) There are several good restaurants and snackbars around. In the summer, you can enjoy the swimmingpool of Lenzburg and of course take a walk to the castles Lenzburg, Wildegg or Staufberg. If you want to buy something, there is a Migros and a Coop 5 min walk from here. Our Villa is not even a 5 min walk from the railstation, where you have great connections to several city's, especially Zurich, Aarau, Bern, Basel, Luzern There are parking spots for visitors, but not guaranteed that they will be free. there are more parking possibilities around in like 5 min walking distance. if all of them should be occupied, there is also a paid parking 3 min walking distance NOTE: Please be aware, this is a very old house. There are stuff, like floor or walls, which should be renovated, but unfortunately, there won't be put any money any more in this house. So please make sure, this is NOT A HOTEL and there are some old parts in it. If you still like it, I am trying my best to offer you a comfy home for a reasonable price, making you a great stay here:) And since there is a church close by, this might interrupt light-sleepers. But I do provide earplugs for free, to make sure you get a good sleep.
