Quietly in the middle of the vineyards but also close to the main highway and train routes, the apartment is located in a quiet house with friendly neighbors, and Bornato is the perfect town to enjoy quality life while being close to Milano, Bergamo, Verona, Iseo + Garda lakes or the Alps. 110sq meters first and second floor sunny apartment. First floor: 1 large living room with combined kitchen area (hoven, fridge, freezer, dish washer, small appliances, equipped with corkery and all you could need) 1 bedroom with California King size bed, 1 corridor with closet. 1 bathroom with shower, 1 equipped laundry room Second floor: 1 bedroom with California King size bed and fitness corner 1 studio room with desk 1 bathroom with shower. Parking: 1 private covered parking lot inside the property gate + free public parking in front of the house You'll find the keys of the apartment and of the parking gate upon arrival, in the self-checkin lock outside the entrance gate. You'll find some informations about the house and about the area inside the flat. Every Wednesday at noon our friend Natalia comes for 1 hour to clean and check that all is fine. When you leave you can leave the keys in the lock where you found them. Bornato is a beautiful tiny village in the hearth of Franciacorta wine Region, renowned for the most prestigious Italian sparkling wine, and all main wineries are in the range of a 15 minutes drive. The Bornato Castle Villa is just a 5 minutes walk from the house, and the Iseo lake is 15 minutes away by car or train. During spring and summer the area is animated by local food, beer, wine and flowers festivals that we can inform you about. The Venice-Turin railway and highway are easily accessible and Brescia, the closest city, is just 20 minutes away both by car or train, Bergamo is 35 minutes far. Milan or Verona are one hour away, while the beautiful Garda lake or the stunning mountains of Valle Camonica are 45 minutes far. Many fashion outlets are located in the area too. You can literally enjoy nature, history, shopping and main cities moving quickly from here! Milano-Bergamo Airport (Orio al Serio-Caravaggio) is 30 minutes away by car. Bornato-Calino train station is a 2 minutes walk from the house.
