Spacious double room , private bathroom & parking

We are delighted to be able to offer one large double bedroom and a spacious private bathroom. We have made a few changes (due to covid) that mean our kitchen is no longer available for guests to use , however we can provide a microwave if necessary along with a kettle, cutlery, cups, plates, tea, coffee, sugar & milk in the bedroom. Please note we do have a very friendly female burmese cat who will welcome you when you arrive! You will have one private, large bedroom with space for up to two adults. You will also have sole use of your own bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, toilet & wash basin. The bathroom is across the hallway and nobody else will use this bathroom during your stay in our home. Covid 19 means some changes to our guests Airbnb experience, however we aim to continue to provide a clean, comfortable and welcoming over night stay for all guests. Right between gloucester and Cheltenham with bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre etc. 10 minute drive to Cheltenham, 10 minute drive to Gloucester city centre. Close to gloucester business park , barn wood businesses, easy access to gloucester rugby at kingsholm stadium & gloucester quays ( shops/cinema/restaurants) Short drive (15 mins) to Painswick ‘Queen of the Cotswolds’ , short drive (25 mins) to Slimbridge Wetlands Centre. 30 minute drive to Cribbs causeway In Bristol. Surrounded by lovely countryside walks and parks. Famous Roccoco Gardens are a short drive away. David Lloyd leisure centre & gym 5 minutes away. Nuffield health gym 10 minutes away. Access through front door with own key, guests have sole use of private bathroom (with shower, bath , wash basin and toilet) and private bedroom with lock on bedroom door. We will greet you on arrival but will not shake hands or hand you a key. Anti-bacterial wipes will be available to use in your bedroom, bathroom and on communal use staircase and front door. We will respectfully give you space and privacy during your stay with us. We are here if needed. However due to covid 19 we will maintain social distancing and not place you our guests or ourselves at increased risks. Lovely area of Gloucestershire, between Cheltenham & gloucester . Easy drive to Cotswolds , Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol, Oxford and everywhere in between. Good train and bus links with short drive or bus journey. Large Tesco nearby within walking distance. David Lloyd leisure centre and gym 5 mins away. Nuffield health gym 10 mins away . Easy access to M5 (junction 11a) Good local bus routes two minutes away and trains from Cheltenham & Gloucester into london , up north and to wales within 10 minute drive or taxi. Reliable local taxis available and lots of places to walk. We live on a quiet new modern development. Friendly neighbours with mix of all ages from retired couples to young families ( & everything in between). Solar panels installed. We look forward to welcoming you into our home.
