Beautiful sea views, House, near sea 15 minutes from capital city, pool, garden & sunterrace, use of kitchen Open plan 100m2(aprox.) space in the basement of the house, well ventilated although NO window to the exterior. A comfortable and functional space, with a gym, ping pong table a small fridge and a desk. There is a double bed and if requested a supplementary single bed is available. The bathroom for guests private use is upstairs as is the access to the terrace. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking the sea. Kitchen, terrace and pool. Wifi .
