Villa Ferrero - Domus Maris

For us our house is the ideal place for relaxing with family and friends, and this is what we want to offer to our guests: every kind of comfort, equipments, relax zone, and , most of all, the sea at 50 mt! Villa Ferrero covers an area of about 2000 mq, that includes the house of 140 mq, a wide garden, free parking, relax zone and solarium. The house consists of two apartments 70 mq each, which are separated but neighboring, so the guests will share some external areas in common, such as: the garden and the games( ping pong, pool, biliardino, volleyball) Apart from the areas in common, there are many private zones and services, such as: an external table on the terrace in front of the house, a barbecue, an external shower in the garden, an equipment for the beach which includes umbrella and sunbeds. Furthermore, this apartment has private access at the Jacuzzi. Me and my family are not always present at the villa because we live in Napoli, but we're always present at the arrival and at the departure of our guests, and we're always available by phone for any necessity or problem.
