Dahlia Cottage - Noosa Hinterland, 10 min to Beach

Dahlia Cottage In the beautiful Noosa/Peregian hinterland is this three bedroom, two bathroom cottage in a private rural setting. Guests have access to the entire house and the immediate gardens surrounding the cottage and pool. Dahlia Cottage is surrounded by large acreage properties with no close neighbours, so privacy and peace and quiet are very much the norm. Wild kangaroos, honeyeaters and other local wildlife abound. Dahlia Cottage has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Bed 1 is downstairs and has a queen size bed. Bed 2 is a king bed that splits into 2 king singles. Bed 3 is a queen bed. Bed 2 and 3 are upstairs. Dahlia Cottage is on a very quiet 1.6 acre block. It has an indoor/outdoor family room (screened patio) that is a wonderful space for relaxing or entertaining as it has serving access to the kitchen. Dahlia Cottage also has a large butlers pantry/laundry space off the indoor outdoor room, that accommodates a 2nd fridge with ice maker + washer and dryer. The entire cottage, pool and garden area surrounding Dahlia Cottage is available for guest use. A separate studio is located toward the rear of the property. This space and the surrounding gardens of the studio are generally not for guest use. These two areas are separated by tall gardens, so privacy is ensured for Dahlia Cottage guests. The pool is for guest use only. Once we’ve introduced ourselves and welcomed you to Dahlia Cottage, we leave you alone to enjoy your stay. We are available via text if you have any queries. Dahlia Cottage is in a beautiful private setting and accessed by approx 1 km of a good dirt road. We are very fortunate to have the best of both worlds... Very private, quiet and rural when you really want to escape for a break and just chill out around the pool. When you want to head out, we are less than 10 mins to the local beach at Peregian and its wonderful village. We are also less than 20 mins drive to a fantastic choice of other incredible beaches including Noosa Main Beach, Little Cove and National Park Beaches, Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach and Coolum Beach. If you feel like heading away from the beaches, then the local pub at Eumundi, which is only a 10 minute drive away, is a winner and the town is full of quaint shops and cafes even when the markets are not on. The Eumundi markets are on every Wednesday and Saturday and are revered for being one of Australia’s premier artisan markets. The Noosa Farmers Markets are on every Sunday and the Peregian Markets are on every 2nd Sunday. The cute historic and scenic hinterland towns of Montville, Maleny and Mapleton are easily accessed for day trips and Australia Zoo is only an hour south. Trip time to Brisbane city is usually less than 1.5 hrs. Dahlia Cottage is not close to public transport. You will need your own transport. There is ample car parking with the grounds of Dahlia Cottage. Dahlia Cottage is an approx 15-20 min drive north from Sunshine Coast Airport. Keys are available via a key box - code will be texted to guests on day of entry.
