Charming house on the Umbrian hills (S+P)

In the big house where we live we host no more than three couple (WITHOUT CHILDREN) in three houses. Each has an independent entrance and a private outdoor area. The House is in the countryside, 4 km. from Città della Pieve and Chiusi and offer an exciting views on Trasimeno Lake and the Umbrian hills. This house is on the first floor, has a separate staircase and a terrace, a spacious living room with kitchen area and bathroom. An internal staircase rises to a largebedroom loft (16 sqm.) The House has been restored with traditional materials and originality. Furnished with antiques and other purchased around the world. Each thing has been chosen for us and for our friends who often come to visit us. It is on the first floor. With a classic brick and stone staircase (private) leads to a terrace with a table and chairs covered by a yellow tent, from here you can admire a beautiful view of the countryside, on the old city of Chiusi and the Apennines. It is the perfect place to eat and have breakfast, to rest and read or for a aperitif at the end of a days: the sun sets right in front. From the balcony you enter a big room unit with living area (sofa and stairchase), dining room (table with chairs for 4 persons) and a kitchenette (closed from an original door). The kitchen has a fridge and an electric cooker with two fires. Besides there is an electric kettle. In the cupboard there are pots, dishes and utensils enough for four people. From the living room you access to the bathroom (a door, a small space and a second door), the shower is very large. A wooden staircase leads to the loft space (16 mq.) which is the bedroom. The mezzanine overlooking the living room and has a window overlooking the countryside. The bed measuring 160x200. In the room there is an armchair and a large mirror, a closet and a library By the bed, two bedside tables, night lights are wall mounted and are in copper (made by our friend Tonino). Over the bed there is a mosquito net. In the room there is a fan. The bedhas cotton bedspread and (separately) light quilt if the nights were cold. We have different table cloths for the internal table and to the external one. We remind our guests that the floors are very difficult to clean, so if possibil not used the shoes in the house and pay close attention to everything that could staining them. The dining tables are made of wood and does not bear the direct heat: then you should always put something under the cups or under the pots. The House is surrounded by countryside and has a beautiful swimming pool (16x6) surrounded by greenery. Each House has a dedicated area with a gazebo with wooden plank and pillows Our family lives in a different part of the House. You will always have your privacy. If you wish, we will be happy to chat or give you recommendations and information. If you want we will cook for you. Every morning we will buy fresch bread for you. The House is situated in the countryside in quiet but not isolated place. Chiusi railway station is 4 km away The same distance there are supermarkets and stores. We are really “the center of the center of Italy”. Trains from Chiusi to Rome and Florence in an hour and a half. In 15 minutes you can reach the motorway (exits of Chiusi or Fabro). Città della Pieve is known from ancient times as 'the city of bricks'. And is one of the best preserved medieval towns of central Italy.
