Welcome to Lemon Studio. Our beautifully decorated annex is completely self contained with your own front door, luxury kingsize bed, en suite, small Free Sat TV and mini kitchen including hob, microwave and fridge. There is also access via a patio to our large garden. Please note that babies are welcome, please bring your own travel cot. Free on street parking is available on a very wide, very quiet road. The Annex at Lemon Studio is perfectly placed: 2.5 miles from the Lymm interchange of the M6/M62 meaning you can break up your journey north or south, east or west! 2 miles from Warrington Bank Quay Station 1.7 miles to Warrington Central Station 1.2 miles from the beautiful cobbled Grappenhall Village which is home to not one, but two traditional pubs. 1.3 miles from the individual shops and eateries of Stockton Heath. The Transpennine Trail is literally minutes away at the bottom of our road! A short drive from local points of interest such: Altrincham Arley Hall Bridgewater Canal Dunham Massey Knutsford Lymm Marbury Park (with original outdoor swimming pool!) Tatton Hall Walton Hall Gardens Available on request (subject to a fee) transfers to Liverpool and Manchester Airports. The Annex is located in a Conservation Area in a beautiful leafy suburb a few minutes walk from the picturesque Bridgewater Canal. We have a number of bikes available for hire should you want to explore the area. This beautiful self contained accommodation has been fully renovated to a high standard.
