This lovely one bedroom apartment enjoys privacy and spectacular sea-views. Well equipped and located on the seafront, this is a perfect holiday home for a couple, a family or a group of up to 4 people. The flat is comfortable and spacious, with two balconies. Kitchen and bathroom are located between the bedroom and living room, providing privacy when living room is also used as bedroom. Both rooms have private balconies too. The beach and nearest restaurant are only meters away. Free WiFi This lovely one bedroom apartment overlooks one of the most beautiful bays on the Adriatic coast - Bigova Bay. It is very private and quiet, yet the beach is only a few meters away. The apartment is full of natural light, a very pleasant and relaxing space. It comprises a kitchen, bathroom, small corridor, a living room-diner with own balcony and a double bedroom with own balcony. The living room includes a convertible sofa-bed, so a family or a group of up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in this apartment. WiFi is included in the rent. A8 is situated in a managed building called Portobello Apartments, which is situated on the seafront and enjoys a stunning view of Bigova Bay. The nearest shop is 50m away, the nearest restaurant ("Grispolis") only about 20m away, another restaurant about 30m away. Bigova is a very relaxed vilage where time seems to slow down. Guests have exclusive use of all parts of the apartment, and can also use our launderette. We meet guests on arrival and check them out. During their stay we value their privacy, but are happy to help if assistance is needed Bigova is a small fishing and resort village, very intimate, quiet, surrounded by green hills. The sunsets are spectacular. It feels remote, yet it's about 15 min drive away from Tivat international airport and the vibrant day and night life of Tivat, Kotor and Budva are all within a short drive away; as are some of the most spectacular beaches in Montenegro. For a relaxing holiday, that can also include adventure, nightlife and sightseeing, Bigova is hard to beat. We have free parking for our guests. You don't have to have a car if you're staying in Bigova for most of your holiday. If you wish to explore an go on day trips, a car is recommended. For occasional excursion you can use local taxis which are very reasonably priced. Bigova is not well served by public transport On arrival day we take a returnable 100euros 'damage deposit' in cash. This is returned in full on departure day, providing there has been no damage in the property during their stay. Local laws: it is a legal requirement in Montenegro for all guests to be registered within the first 24hours, and also to pay tourist ‘stay tax’. Do not worry about this, we will deal with this for you. The tax payable by guests is 1 euro per person per day, for people over 18 years of age. It is 50 cents for young people between the ages of 12 – 18. Children under the age of 12 do not pay. We deal with this procedure for our guests, so they don't have to worry about it.
