The Large En suite room will be your ideal private space to chill. The spacious bedroom and bathroom is Separate from the rest of the house and the whole upper floor. In the room you will have a king size bed ,table and lamp plus a mirrored IKEA wardrobe. The house is on a direct link 7 mins to the hospital by car , 2 mins drive on the new slip road to the S4C Television studios , University and St .David's. The Leisure Centre or Canolfan Hamdden are a 6 minute walk away. Guests will have use of the kitchen on the ground floor.There is a cooker, toaster , microwave and tea making facilities in the kitchen space. A shelf space in the fridge plus a cupboard shelf to store food items will be available to use during your stay. On arrival please enter through the side gate and the rear patio door to access the house.This will bring you into the kitchen and small hallway to the stairs .The large en suite room is on the second (Website hidden by Airbnb) is the whole of the second floor. A modern house on the outskirts of Carmarthen town .Private parking behind the house. The town is an historic market town set set alongside the beautiful Towy river. The Towy river valley itself is very picturesque as the river meanders through the alluvial and fertile plain. It enters the sea at Llanstephan 10 miutes drive away and the perfect place to either walk the beach or climb the hill to the Castle which looks across Carmarthen Bay. Be sure to stop at the beach cafe for a cuppa ,snack or ice (Website hidden by Airbnb) probably has not changed in the past 50 years and the little village itseld is worth a wander having a small Art gallery run by Hilary Osmond. Carmarthen town itself is a market town with a part of it's castle wall still standing and the smallest pub in Wales !I shall leave that for you to discover! The Ferry to Ireland is a 50 minute drive and the City of Swansea 45 mins .Also on a train and bus route . There is a park and ride bus which goes from the showground accessed through a subway a 3 min minute walkaway beyond the pine trees. There is also a bus service this side of the Carmarthen to St.Clears route 2 mins walk.Turn right at the estate entrance and just on your left through trees. Carmarthen is an historic market town which has a weekly mart on a Wednesday within 5 minutes walk of the house near the showground near the showground which hosts events throughout the year . Events such as Large Antique fairs ,Modelling shows ,Monster trucks ,to name just a few .
