Superking beds-10min walk to centre-3pm checkout!

Our lovely home is in a quiet, residential street in Hove, a 5 minute walk from 7 dials area, 15 min walk from station and 15 minute walk into town and to the beach. Sorry but no parties, hens or stags permitted and we ask that the noise be kept down by 10pm. 8 guests max. I can provide parking permits for £5 each. There is also a meter on the road with a max stay of 4 hours. Sundays the parking is free. Our family home is a spacious home in a lovely area of Hove. We have two super king size beds, one king-size bed, two single bunk beds and a king-size sofa bed that has a deep mattress - all of the beds are really comfortable! Breakfast is included in the price for the first night and consists of bread, cereal, a selection of fruit, tea and coffee. Please note the dining table seats 6 and the living room has 5 spaces. We look forward to having you stay! You'll have access to the entire house. The garden is south west facing so gets the sun for most of the day and evening. I am not available but have wonderful neighbours and friends around if there are any problems. We are a 15 minute walk from the station, 15 mins to the beach and town and 5 minutes from 7 dials area of Brighton. There are two parks within a 5-10 minute walk of the house. Seven dials area is a few minutes away and has a few pubs, cafes and shops. The Co-Operative is the nearest supermarket and is at the end of Addison Rd at the Seven Dials area. Taxis into town cost around £7 and come within seven minutes. Parking is permits only and on the meter for a maximum stay of 4 hours. It is recommended that guests arrive by train or bus. We provide parking permit for a cost of 5 pounds each. Sundays there is free parking on our street. A dog and a cat live on this property. The dog will come with me but the cat will stay. It would be much appreciated if guests could feed him in the morning! He is not allowed outside the front of the house so please be careful when leaving the front door open. Note for long term rentals - breakfast is for the first night only. Also, there isn’t much wardrobe space as this our home.
