Seaforth Lodge - Mayor Room

Seaforth Lodge provides great accommodation a minutes walk from the beach. Lie in bed, see and hear the waves or grab your board and head out for an early morning dip in the ocean. Own private entrance, ensuite, fast Wifi and plenty of off street parking. Linen and towels, mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and crockery provided. We rent 2 rooms with adjoining doors, great for a friends getaway. Not suitable for small children unless booking both rooms. Includes king size bed, mini fridge, toaster and jug, heater/fan, TV and DVD player. Tea, coffee and milk provided when you first arrive. Separate bathroom includes toilet shower and hand basin. All towels and linen are provided. Dirty dishes can be placed in the container provided and placed outside your door and will be replaced with clean. We live on site and are always available should you need anything - always willing to help Our place is quiet and laid back, do as little as you like or as much as you want. The village buzzes with gorgeous boutique shops from fashion to artwork. It also boasts many excellent cafes and restaurants. The award winning Surf Shack is within walking distance which comes highly recommended anytime of the day. Loads of walking and cycling tracks are dotted around the beach. Hike over hill at the north end and discover beautiful Orokawa Bay or walk or cycle The Karangahake Gorge stopping at the pub for refreshments before checking out the remnants of the old gold mining town. Head into Waihi township and check out the Martha Mine and infor centre, daily tours available.
