This home is available with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, fully fitted kitchen, fireplace to keep you warm on a cold day, and air conditioning to keep you cool on those warmer days. Close to Foodworks, bottle store, chemist and butcher all within a 2 minute walk around the corner, Gallery Walk is a 10 minute walk away so no need to take your car when visiting. Walks in the forest within walking distance and much more close at hand. We are in a nice quite community so you can relax in this area of Tamborine Mountain. Having said that we don't normally have loud parties in this neighbourhood so if that is what you want to do this is not the place for you!. The entire residence is able to be accessed. Please remember this is on the first floor and there are 20 stair steps to go up. Great view from the 1st floor across the tree tops. I will be around but may not be available at certain times of the day Nice quite community - able to go for walks around the community without fear This accommodation is 4 minutes walk away from the local Foodworks, bottle store and butcher. Chemist is 4 minutes walk away and open Saturday mornings until 11.00pm. Post Office is next door and open until 11.00am on Saturday. Gallery Walk is 10 minutes walk away and good for nice day out whilst visiting enjoy the local cafes. Close to all bushwalks, wineries and local attractions are just 5 - 15 minute drive away - lots to do and see whilst enjoying our community life.
