Located in the wonderful Cecina Mare, Apartment 10 minutes walk from the seaside, 1st floor, with a large communal garden. Living room with sofa bed, kitchen, balcony, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, TV, air conditioning (extra cost). Completely renovated in 2015. the apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea. the apartment is completely available for the guests. no shared rooms. I'm available by phone in case of need during the stay. Beach, Seaside, Nature Reserve, Water Village Amusement Park, Horse Riding, Water Sports. 5 minutes walk from the bus stop for the train station. the use of air conditioning requires the payment of an extra fee. consumption is recorded and will be counted separately at the end of the period.
