Has a lovely outdoor deck area overlooking beautiful gardens which you are welcome to sit relax and enjoy. 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to Wangaratta CBD and easy access to enjoy all the magnificent attractions of the North East food, wine and snowfields region. A simple breakfast of muesli and toast , yogurt fruit , tea and coffee provided . If you require more you a welcome to provide and cook . Access is via self check in with a key safe. Guest can enjoy their privacy or if I’m around always happy to have a chat. Close to cbd 5 mins drive and a 20 min walk. lovely bike track 200 meters away bike available close to snow fields and very lovely tourist towns like Beechworth, bright or Rutherglen Small country town there is a bus at the end of the street and taxis available. Walking and bike riding if the weather permits as nothing is too far away. Parking available on the street outside the house. Please don’t park in the driveway as it is where I park.
