Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park. The guest house is completely separate from the main house (where we live) and provides your own private space. The guest house features a combined Lounge, Kitchen and Dining area, furnished and fitted out with all the mod cons to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, built in wardrobes, a bathroom and laundry with front loader washing machine. Sliding doors open up onto the verandah. You' ll have 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, wardrobe space, bathroom, laundry and your own kitchen and living area. We will provide you with some basics including coffee/tea, bread and milk for breakfast and condiments on arrival. We live on the property in a separate house and are available to answer any questions and help in any way to make your stay enjoyable. We live in a rural area near Jamberoo and Kiama, with easy access to the Freeway (M1). We are lucky to be in close proximity of both the mountains and the sea, rolling hills and farms. There are tourist attractions for everyone to enjoy, eg Jamberoo Ski Park is only 15mins away. We love it here, waking up each day to beautiful views, totally stress free! Annual events in the region include: Kiama jazz festival (march) Wings over illawarra (may) Monthly kiama markets (3rd Sunday each month) Kiama Rugby 7s (February) Roman's hot rod show (September) You'll definitely need a car to get around the area and visit places such as Berry, Gerringong, Jamberoo, or Kiama. A range of breakfast foods, including bacon and eggs, toast & cereals will be provided for you, as well as tea and coffee facility. This will be available for you on arrival in the house. PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, FOOD ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR HOST :-) Towels & toiletries (body wash, shampoo/conditioner, body creams) etc provided. IF YOU HAVE BEEN OVERSEAS IN THE LAST 14 DAYS, PLEASE ADVISE YOUR HOST. IF YOU FEEL UNWELL, I ASK THAT YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR STAY.
