A 40 yr old brick home with a large backyard and friendly older dog in a quiet residential area with free on street parking. Shared family TV area, lounge room, kitchen and laundry downstairs. Local shops approx. 10mins walk. Greensborough shopping centre approx. 20mins walk or local bus services available. Train to Melbourne CBD approx 30mins. Train to Melbourne CBD 30mins, 10 walk to bus stop 10 ride to Latrobe University local parks and oval kids playground nearby Occupant is semi-retired and will be available. I once a week do laundry (free) for my guests and ironing if required. I also provide dinner at night for guests if they wish for an extra $20 per person. Guests are free to cook for themselves if they wish. Towels, tea, instant coffee, biscuits and sometimes cake/dessert are provided free.
