A twenty minute picturesque drive to Maleny village amenities, one hour from Brisbane, 35 minutes to the Coast's beaches and close to many wedding venues. The owners have transformed the property into a luxurious retreat for their family and friends to enjoy and are now welcoming guests to come and stay to experience this magical location. The property consists of the main house (which is this listing) and also three scandanavian eco designed timber cabins. The owners live on-site in one of the cabins at the front of the main house. You will see them around the property & are happy to assist if you have any questions, but will give you complete privacy. Guests are also welcome to explore the property with various walking tracks and some awesome picnic spots around swimming holes and creeks. We also have some very cute farm animals for your enjoyment. Which includes some very curious Alpacas a goat, some chickens and ducks and some piglets. FEATURES INCLUDE: Open plan lounge and dining area with wood burning fireplace, surrounded by generous glass doors and bay windows that can be retracted to bring the whole mountain view experience inside. Fully equipped modern kitchen with large stone island bench, servery to verandah, its well appointed with everything you need for self-catering, including a Breville coffee machine (beans provided) Generous master bedroom with walk-in-robe, an enormous ensuite featuring a free standing bath tub with large retracting window to take in the view. Double sinks and huge double shower. Three other double bedrooms one with an ensuite, all opening onto the wrap around verandah. Main bathroom with toilet shower and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Zoned air conditioning throughout the home. Sonos play bar in house. Sonos play 5, back verandah. I have provided a welcome manual with general information about the property, local attractions, our favourite spots and restaurants. * The famous Australia Zoo is a 20 minute drive * Beerwah is a 15 minute drive here you will find woolworths, IGA, Aldi supermarkets * Maleny Food Co. in the main street of Maleny have a wonderful selection of local cheeses, cured meats, condiments, picinic boxes & antipasto platters & so much more. Well worth a visit! You will need a car to explore everything wonderful that this region has to offer.
