Lovely single ensuite room in a bright, welcoming new home just 10 mins by car or taxi to airport and 20 mins to Edinburgh City Centre. On regular bus routes. Please note: proof of COVID-19 vaccination required before booking can be accepted and must be confirmed 24hrs before arrival. Perfect for travelling and visiting Edinburgh, South Queensferry, Hopetoun, Linlithgow and beyond. Walks by rivers and through woodland, pub and cafe 5 mins away. On-street parking. Single occupancy only. The bedroom is an excellent size with an extra size single bed (especially good for tall people) and bedside cabinet. The en-suite bathroom is private and has your own WC and shower. The kitchen where breakfast (cereals, yoghurt, toast and hot drinks) will be laid out for you is lovely, modern and bright. The rest of the house is private but there is a lovely small garden too. As well as your room, bathroom with shower, you can have access to the bright and modern kitchen and there is a small and lovely garden space. I will be around to offer help and advice when you arrive and between 0800 and 0900 most mornings. The neighbourhood is lovely with a small High Street including post office, library and chemist. There are two fantastic gyms near by with classes, gym and swimming pool. We are near the airport, Edinburgh Zoo, South Gyle shopping Centre, Murrayfield stadium, Hill End (for dry slope skiing) and of course the airport, and City Centre by bus or bus and tram. Easy bus route to historic Queensferry and Stirling and easy bus/train to Glasgow! Very easy access to all bus, road and air links and taxi services. Buses available to train and tram stops and airport. 600 to and from airport and 38 and 38A (and other buses) to Edinburgh city centre and Stirling stop 3 mins walk from house. Please let me know if you are leaving the house before 6am. I do not offer cooked breakfasts but I provide everything you need for a continental breakfast including teas and coffee, toast, cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Please also remove outdoor shoes when you come into the house. Please also note I have a dog (springer spaniel).
