Home Barn offers bed and breakfast in a double room with en-suite bath and shower and private lounge. The accommodation is fitted and furnished to a very high standard with oak flooring and underfloor heating. Situated next to the Lancaster Canal providing beautiful views, interesting walks and a variety of wildlife. The owners live in the property and are on hand to make sure guests have everything they require. There is ample parking near the entrance. Guests have a wide choice from the breakfast menu at a time which suits. Guests have use of the lounge / dining room, cloakroom and corridor leading to the bedroom. Bedroom has en-suite bathroom. We are on the Northern route of the Lancashire Cycleway. The Plough at Eaves and the Wheatsheaf pub in Woodplumpton village serve food and are within one mile. The new Barton Grange complex is 10 minutes by car. We are 10 minutes from the M6 Junction 32 / M55 Junction 1. Ample parking available. Guests do need their own transport as the property is at least one mile from 2 bus routes both with a limited service. Lots of walks in the area including the towpath on the Lancaster canal accessible through the gate by the house.
