Located in a beautifully quiet but friendly part of Perth. With easy access to transport, plus 5 minutes to Joondalup shopping centre, 5 minutes to Perth's best Beach and 2 minutes to world class Joondalup Golf Resort. Property has plenty of parking. For public transport there is a bus stop at the end of the street (300m), this can either take you into Perth or Joondalup Shopping Centre. We live in the main property. Therefore the pool and backyard will be shared with us :)
