Casa Verde can be accessed either through the Borgo entrance, or a private garden entrance. The garden has a beautiful landscape creating an intimate, quiet retreat within the medieval walls of the Borgo. The spacious living room and fully equipped, modern kitchen have an open floor plan, ideal for both gatherings and restful evenings. The fireplace is a welcomed addition during the colder months, creating a picturesque Italian country memory. The bathroom has a large open, walk in shower, overlooking the beautiful garden below. Both bedrooms are equipped with two single beds that can easily be joined to make King beds, using a comfortable mattress topper. Each has a large wardrobe. Each guest will be welcomed with a welcome gift, fresh towels and linens. On property laundry service is available for a charge. Parking is complimentary. An additional apartment Casa Gialla is available within the Borgo property, each intimately and conveniently located to one another. Our manager lives on property and will coordinate an easy communication plan and key exchange. Our staff speaks Italian, English, Romanian, German and French. Il Borgo di Olive, a medieval borgo, is a frazione of the Italian commune of Avigliano Umbro, in the province of Terne. Sismano lies 13km from Todi and 5km from Avigliano. Sismano is surrounded by quaint towns, filled with welcoming locals, restaurants, coffee bars and many historic sites. Getting around is simple and well marked as we are close to the A1 highway. Il Borgo di Olive is a prime central location for any travel destinations during your stay in Umbria. We are only 1.5 hours from FCO airport and 2 hours from FLR airport. For same day amazing adventures, we are only 2 hours from Siena, 40 minutes from Deruta, 90 minutes Montepulciano, 1 hour from Assisi and 90 minutes from the Vatican City/Rome. In addition, we are only 4 hours from Amalfi, 3 hours from Naples, 3 hours from Pisa and 5 hours from Cinque Terre National Park. Our entire team is local and can help with all your travel itineraries and adventure plans from wine tastings, museums, cycling routes and hikes. In the both bedrooms, the single beds can easily be put together to create a King bed. We have a mattress topper that easily combines the singles into a comfortable King.
