My Dream Apartment

Recently renovated family friendly and cosy three room apartment close to the city centre. Public parking and transportation (bus&bicycle) are next to the house, so are market store, restaurant and coffee bar. City center, Tivoli Park, Technology Park, swimming pool Kolezija and Zoo are 15min walking distance. Our 3 room apartment with open space kitchen/dining room, TV room, bathroom and two bedrooms is located on the ground floor of a classy old building. The 1st bedroom contains 1 double bed (160x200 cm) plus writing desk and wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and two wardrobes. We also have a baby cot if needed. Cosy living room with digital TV offers you to rest and in other gathering room you can spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for preparing meals like induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Illy coffeemaker, toaster and electric kettle, pots and pans, tableware and cutlery. Sugar, salt, coffee are also provided. Bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet including toilet paper, soap and hair dryer. As well as washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment is cleaned professionally before your arrival. Clean linen and towels are provided. WIFI internet access is free, fast and unlimited. It is a very bright apartment with big windows. The building is easily accessible, along an avenue that leads quickly to the city center to the highway. We try to greet our guests personally whenever possible. You can always reach us via mobile. We will be happy to provide you with the most relevant information about sightseeing, places where to go, what to do, where to eat and drink in Ljubljana and Slovenia. This apartment is located in residential area with faculties and scientific research institute Jozef Stefan and Technological Park nearby. Grocery store, restaurant, bar, a hair dresser and pharmacy are a minute away from our building. The biggest Ljubljana park Tivoli, where you can enjoy in nice walks and kids will like the playgrounds, is just around the corner. Ljubljana's ZOO is 5 minutes away. Our building is very easy to access by car as we are on the main road from the highway to the centre. Public parking (payable) is available in front of the house. Public transportation in this area is fantastic. City center is 15 minutes walking distance through the park, 7 minutes by bicycle, 10 minutes by bus and 3 minutes by taxi. Public bicycles for rent are just across the street as well as the bus station. The taxi ride to the city center will cost you aprox. 5 EUR.
