Double room in Medieval village house.

My house is a 13 century stone house in the medieval village of St. Gengoux-le-National. It is a four storey house with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens. Guests will have access to a kitchen/living area, and a bathroom that are separate from my own facilities. The decor is in keeping with a traditional village home. St. Gengoux is a charming village surrounded by wonderfull countryside - supermarket, post office, bakery, café/restaurant, pharmacy, doctors and other facilities. My house is ideally situated for walkers, lovers of good food and wine and people who appreciate historical buildings. I speak French and English. Guests are welcome to share my small terrace. As I have my own facilities, guests will be fully independant but I will be available for any questions or help needed. We are in walking distance of the Voie Verte (the green road) which goes through the vineyards and beautifull countryside. Bicycles, walkers, no cars. Bicycles can be rented from the shop next to the Voie Verte and tourist office in the village. The village has a bus service giving cheap access to many of the villages around including connections to the train stations, either TGV or local. All the facilities in the village are accessible on foot. There is a washing machine on the premises if needed.
