Note The front entrance door is approx. 30 ins wide for easy access & with grab rails. It is completely private. You are welcome to enjoy the rear garden which is through the shared conservatory and to also use of the summerhouse. As a studio there is a double bed. If required 2 extra fold-up beds can be supplied. The kitchen is well equipped - note it has a mini oven with 2 hobs, and all the usual pots & pans, cutlery, plates etc. The En-suit contains grabrails by the door in the shower/& toilet area. A washing M/c is provided. A welcome pack will be supplied to include: cereals eggs bread preserves tea coffee milk etc. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, Very convenient for Babraham Institute. Addenbrooks Hospital. Granta park. Sangera Centre. Duxford IWM. Chesterford Park. etc Bus stops are at the end of our road 2/3 minutes walk. The busses are for the main areas Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Duxford IWM, etc. Good access to Cambridge city center by Babraham Park & Ride Also private buses go to the Sangera center, Granta park, Chesterford park. We are the next village to Babraham Institute which is walkable or cycle. We have very good cycle paths to many areas including Addenbrooks, Cambridge, sanger center. Train Stations at Whittlesford and Shelford very easy access by cycle or car. There is a Chauffeur or taxi company also at the end of our road. As an annexe you will have total privicy to the studio.We are next door and we are available most of the time we will be pleased to help if required. We are placed in the heart of Sawston it is a fairly quite and peaceful area,Sawston is a large village has 3 churches,large college with sports centre, Gym clubs Many varied shops including a large co-operative store,bakery. Pubs restaurants & take aways, all very close by. Open fields with several footpaths in and around the village, Recreation green within 1 minute walk. Bus stops are within in a few minutes walk away to Cambridge Saffron Walden villages etc.Train stations at both Whittlesford,& Shelford both are within cycle distance.Taxi company top of our road.Cycle paths to Addenbrooks Hospital. Babraham institute. Genome Campus etc. P&R Babrahan & Trumpington At the top end of our road it is open to lovely country side / farmland fields & woods. Note we have a 13 year old very friendly spaniel dog which goes in the conservatory & garden at times but NEVER in the annex,
