Studio unit(Unit 1).

Purpose-built house with three separate units . Each unit has an individual entrance from the shared foyer. Unit 1 has two king-single beds with a private shower/toilet. It also has an outdoor area. The kitchenette has tea making facilities, fridge freezer, and a microwave. We are under 10 minutes drive from Emu Park which has cafes, supermarket, pub and of course great beaches. There is a gym and swimming pool not far. Yeppoon is approx 25-30 minutes. Rockhampton approx 45 minutes drive. We live on site in Unit 3 and are available if needed, although we respect guests privacy if preferred. There is a bus stop just outside the front entrance. The bus takes you to Emu Park, Yeppoon and Rockhampton. For the fitness conscience there is a gym and full-size swimming pool a matter of a couple of minutes drive away. They offer day passes currently it is $5 a day to use the large outside pool. Emu Park has a number of cafes, fish/chip shops, the pub and bowls club offer daytime and evening meals. All under 10 minutes drive away.
