The Haven

"The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ. The flat is separated from the main residence and has its own independent access through a side gate allowing you to come and go as you please. The flat overlooks the sparkling swimming pool and palm trees in a resort-like environment. It has a brand new, modern kitchen and bathroom. The queen sized bed with its electric blanket ensure a cosy stay. Revere cycle air conditioning is fitted and unlimited fast NBN Wi-Fi internet is available at no cost. Guests have free off-road parking in our driveway, access by a private side entry, swimming pool with outside table and chairs, sun lounges, undercover clothes line, barbecue and free unlimited NBN Wi-Fi internet. COVID Care To minimise risk from the COVID-19 virus the following steps have been put in place. 1. All bookings will have the day before and the day after blocked out to ensure no guest will be coming into the cottage on the same day that a guest is leaving the cottage. This will ensure a minimum of 24 hours between guests occupying the cottage. 2. A strict cleaning and disinfection regime, as recommended by accommodation managers, will be undertaken. 3. We encourage guests to adhere to recommended hygiene practices whilst occupying the cottage. Thank you for your cooperation. The independent access through a side gate allows you to come and go as you please. The main residence is immediately adjacent so any concerns can be quickly attended to. The flat backs onto the lovely North Haven Marina and is within walking distance of a modern shopping centre, restaurants, Cruising Yacht Club, doctors and sandy beach. There is a 10km walking and bicycle trail alongside, and through, a pristine coastal park with playgrounds and public exercise equipment along the way. A public golf course is also just minutes away. The Australian Submarine Corporation and Techport are 5 minutes drive by car. Two minutes walk to the Cruising Yacht Club of SA where you can enjoy the wonderful Mariner's Restaurant. There is a 12 minute walk to the Osborne train station which will have you in the city of Adelaide in 40 minutes. It is then just a five minute walk to the beautiful Adelaide Oval. Thirty minutes by car will also place you in the CBD. It is five minutes by car to the Semaphore shopping precinct which has many great cafes, hotels and picture theatre. Semaphore celebrates summer with mini passenger steam train rides along the coast and popular fairground activities. Bacon, eggs, bread, condiments, cereal provided for first night. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided for stays up to 7 days. Complimentary wine on arrival. NB For everyone's safety, all guests must provide proof of being double vaccinated with a TGA approved vaccine.
