The unique design of Heartwood Cabin has a wonderful ambience and is located on a tranquil 100 acre property, which is both warm in Winter and cool in Summer. This Eco friendly cabin has all you could wish for and is surrounded by raw natural beauty, indoor fireplace, LPG cook-top, oven and outdoor area - perfect for an outdoor Bbq. Close attention has been paid to the design of the kitchen and inspired wet room, with eco products provided for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics you need to cook, there is also carefully chosen herbal teas and Nespresso coffee machine with organic biodegradable pods. The outdoor deck is spectacular and elevated with built in hot and cold bath. There are plenty of outdoor areas to just sit, relax and enjoy the serenity with sounds of the native bird life and breathe in the fresh country air. Heartwood now has some very sweet permanent residents just down the hill. A beautiful goat family, including new baby twins Romeo and Esme and a growing flock of Muscovy ducks. You are welcome to visit with them, or just look from a distance if farm animals aren't your thing! The main bedroom has a birds eye view of the country side, you can enjoy while resting in bed or reading your book, ambient lighting has been installed, comfortable queen sized bed and luxurious bedding. This property will make you feel as if you are in a totally different world, being both picturesque and serene, but less than 5 minutes to the town of Burringbar and 20 minutes to the very charming township of Murwillumbah. Gorgeous bush walking tracks situated immediately out your front door step, feel free to wander around the property just stick to the tracks and be on the lookout for wild life.
