The house can be accessed via a private secured road that joins to the main highway in 3 minutes. You have the whole house to yourself. The apartment is located in a family setting, you can walk safely since everyone is classy and minds their own business, though if you need any help people are very friendly, you can always say "hello" You will have one parking lot to yourself if you hire a car, however at the gate of the apartment there are all means of transport to everywhere and anywhere.
