Artist Friendly Stay

Small single bedroom perfect for travelling artists! I am a musician who may have rehearsals in the lounge room during your stay! Feel at home with a shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and outdoor area. My adorable cat and dog also love guests! My place is close to public transport (5min walk), close to the city (15mins by car - 45mins public transport), close to the beach (15mins by car - 45mins public transport) and close to the Adelaide Hills (25mins by car), McLaren Vale (30mins by car). Your bedroom during your stay has a large south-facing window looking onto the small patio backyard. There is a built-in wardrobe with hangers for your convenience. To keep you comfy and cosy, the bed has an expensive comfy mattress and there is a desk that you can work at. It is a cosy and creative room! You will be welcomed into your room with a small package of local goodies and a local's guide to Adelaide. The bedroom does contain some of my business goods under the bed and in the wardrobe. You have access to the room, shared bathroom facilities and shared kitchen and lounge. I try wherever possible to make guests feel at home and enjoy their time in my beautiful city! I am more than happy to socialise and spend time with guests if and when they want it and when I am available. There are some great coffee shops within walking distance and I have lovely neighbours. It is a lovely neighbourhood. There is on-street parking and public transport is a 5-minute walk away either using a go-zone or the main road. I do, on occasion, have rehearsals for shows in my lounge room. I do ask that you strip the bed upon leaving and wash any kitchen items you may have used. Longer stays may be permitted upon request. No extra guests allowed.
