The Soul Home is a one-of-a-kind location nestled directly on the national park, with uninterrupted vista's from every room and an extended lawn terrace on the waters edge to capture the sun. To wake to the quiet lapping of the water and bird songs. You have private access to the entire property and adjoining deep water jetty equipped for a large vessel. A day cruiser boat for 6 people is available for charter or hire if with license, also a dinghy on the property if wishing to experience the most of the local surrounding waterways. The house itself sits directly on the water with architectural design offering an open layout with mezzanine. There is plenty of room with a top floor master bed suite with seperate lounge area and 2 additional single beds located on the ground level in an open living floor plan. Enjoy a wood fireplace and a cosy tranquil feeling throughout with luxury linens to elevate your senses. Both indoor and outdoor dining options are available with BBQ on the alfresco entertaining deck. With a modern bathroom and delicate touches you'll experience the feeling of homely comfort in a priceless natural setting. A perfect spot for both a family getaway or an intimate couples retreat. This is our weekend home so comes equipped with full kitchen and all household essentials of which we extend to you complimentary. Kids fishing rods and multiple family games are available for use and enjoyment! A cottage exists at the back of the property which is currently not in use. The property is water access only. In spite of being only a few minutes to kayak or paddle to the Church Point mainland. We can provide a commute over with local area expert, water taxi and ferry options also available. Beds suitable for a maximum 4 people. We apply a strict no party/noise policy since it’s a very peaceful area. Close enough to paddle board back over for morning coffee & croissants! You can pre-book a commute with our local area expert who will vibrantly answer any questions you may have or provide holiday tips on the way over! We recommend using loading bay at commuter jetty Church Point to drop off your belongings, then parking at McCarrs Creek Reserve (free & plenty of space available) with a short Uber to Church Point. * same location ideal for launching a boat and parking trailer. Alternatively street parking is available at Church Point with a cost of $40 per day - this location is very popular especially in summer so if you may want to allow some extra time. To nurture your privacy a code will be issued to unlock the boathouse entrance. We will provide you with comprehensive checkin details ahead of your trip and stay available and responsive by phone during your stay. You're welcome to enjoy our complimentary small row boat, double kayak and paddle boards during your stay. We purposefully have not connected wifi as the intention is to offer our guests a soulful immersion in nature, to help digitally detox and unwind, however you have full access to your own at the same speed & reliability as the mainland. Plenty of parking is available at Church Point where you'll arrive for the trip over. At this site you'll find 2 restaurants, a cafe, coffee caravan, 2 grocery stores and a bottle shop catering to almost all of what you could need. We'd love to help you construct additional VIP experiences on request. For example pre-prepared gourmet meals on arrival, chartered luxury boat cruising up the waterways, picnic hampers and walk ideas, healing treatments, personalised yoga, unique proposal or anniversary options in nature (waterfall or exclusive forest etc).. basically anything you might dream or desire. We are here to assist in making this travel experience one you'll never forget. The property feels as if on an island. Since the homestead borders the Ku-ring-gai chase national park it's exclusive, and feels as if you are the only one here! Directly across the channel you can enjoy an alfresco meal on the bay while watching the sun go down & listening to live music at Pasadena, or dine at the renown Church Point waterfront restaurant for a more intimate twilight experience. Complete with 2 general stores and bottle shop. The options are endless.. With boat access only, we offer a bookable service with our local guide who can provide a commute & holiday tips on the way over, a water tax is also on speed dial and can meet you within minutes. The ferry commutes takes approximately 10 minutes and rotates every 30 mins (Elvina Bay South wharf is a 5 min walk from house). Boats are available for hire. Dingy use is optional - please enquire for rates for those with license.
