Cozy house in the hills of Bologna

Our house is located in the heart of the hills of Bologna, 24km from the city itself. We have a 2nd floor apartment which includes 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and laundry area. Perfect for those looking for nature and tranquility. **For those traveling in groups we do have a second bedroom for rent Our home is spacious and silent, with a large backyard/patio area as well as private parking. The bedroom has a queen size bed while the living area includes a beautiful fireplace. We are positioned in a small town in the hills of Emilia Romagna, just along the historic Gothic line, and various World War II sites are just a short walk away. This is a paradise for those who love hiking (there are several trails nearby) or who would simply like to take a break from the city for a relaxing weekend in the country. The main road is also one of the most popular for motorcycle enthusiasts. Out on the patio we have a brick oven and a grill as well as a table for dining outdoors. It is possible to arrive to nearby cities, including Bologna by bus as there is a stop right outside our house, as well as a train station at Pianoro, although we do recommend coming by car. The kitchen is located downstairs and is not available to guests although breakfast is included. We have private parking and a garage, laundry/dryer and wifi. Though we would be sharing the house, the first and second floor apartments are completely separate, guests will be able to go up the the second floor directly from the house entrance. We speak italian, english and spanish. Livergnano is small and serene, here you can find a cafè, tabaccaio as well as a restaurant just a short walk away. There are many of trails for walking/hiking that will take you through these beautiful hills, where you will find splendid views, flora and even some wildlife. The 906 bus stops just a few feet away, and stops at Porta Santo Stefano and the Central Bus Station in Bologna. The train station of Pianoro (a short trip by car) can take you to Bologna and many other nearby towns.
