Two spacious double rooms in Kirkby Mallory

This newly refurbished space provides two fresh and spacious double rooms each with smart TVs, table and two chairs. There's also a bathroom with brand new shower and basic breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities. Set in the rural village of Kirkby Mallory, our space provides beautiful views over Leicestershire's countryside. The space was renovated two years ago above our triple garage. A side entrance opens to a stairwell which leads up to a small landing from which divide the two bedrooms and bathroom. In the hallway between the two rooms is an area hosting a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and other tea, coffee and breakfast making facilities. A travel cot, hairdryers and wifi are also provided. Access to the property is through an electric gate shared by us in the main house. The garage is adjacent to the house and there is ample off-road parking. One of us will always aim to greet you and answer any queries on arrival however we are generally at home should anything arise. If for some reason we are not able to greet you we can leave arrival instructions via the key safe. Kirkby Mallory is a small rural village in Leicestershire. There is a small newsagents where you can get a paper, bread and other local produce and the delightful Kirkby House which is a great place for a meal or a quiet drink with a friendly crowd. There is plenty of great walking in the area but public transport is somewhat lacking, this contributes to Kirkby Mallory’s considerable charm but a car is handy if you want to do wider exploring.
